Overview

Haben is seeking a full-time Administration Manager to lead administrative functions at our Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown. This role operates within standard office hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch, and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.

About the role

As Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager and leading a team of three Centre Administrators. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Supporting monthly accruals, outgoings, and other charges
  • Overseeing rent roll administration and rental reviews
  • Managing arrears and arrears reporting
  • Ensuring effective records management and document control
  • Handling general office operations, including customer service and procurement
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers, centre staff, and senior management

This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to streamline processes, motivate teams, and maintain high standards will be highly valued.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. You'll ideally have:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail property or shopping centre management
  • Solid financial and accounting skills, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with the ability to foster a respectful and inclusive team culture
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in office software and systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
