Job Title: Hospital Administrative Coordinator

The role of Hospital Administrative Coordinator is available at a dynamic and welcoming hospital in one of Australia's most culturally rich and rapidly growing communities. This exceptional opportunity will see you working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient services.

About the Role:
  • This full-time position will involve providing a frontline reception service, managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating administrative tasks.
  • You will work closely with a broad scope of patients, staff, and affiliated organisations to achieve quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To accurately record and manage data within the iSoft Patient Management System (iPM) and maintain up-to-date filing systems.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns from patients, visitors, and staff regarding hospital amenities and clinics.
Selection Criteria:
  1. Demonstrated experience in administration roles with competent use of IT applications, including computerised patient administration systems and Microsoft Office Programs.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Able to work independently, using initiative to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
