Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to partner with a leading organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role combines strategic advice, project delivery, and operational support to drive people, business, and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored, risk-aware HR guidance on performance management, conduct, WHS, grievances, and complex employment relations case management.
  • Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
  • Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent assessments, and annual compensation processes.
  • Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication strategies.
  • Support organisational restructuring, ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
  • Partner with Centres of Expertise to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.
About You:
  • Proven HR generalist experience, preferably in complex or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field (desired).
