HR Generalist Position

We are seeking an HR Generalist to partner with a global organisation in the agricultural industry. This fixed term contract will provide an opportunity to work on end-to-end delivery of all People Team activities, including talent reviews and employee support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of all People Team projects from systems to reporting, ensuring seamless issue resolution and strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider HR team to drive initiatives that deliver value across the organisation.
  • Contribute to enhancing HR governance by assisting with audits and maintaining accurate records via the HRIS system - SuccessFactors.

To succeed in this role, you will have a formal HR qualification, sound knowledge of employment law, and high attention to detail with strong commercial acumen.

Requirements:
