Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional to deliver quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and support to internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality trusted HR guidance and service on HR-related matters.
  • Support self-service and resolve HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage employee or leader issues.
  • Address performance management concerns.
  • Offer remuneration and recognition support.
  • Facilitate job changes and internal transfers.
  • Advise on learning/training programs and administration.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various people-related initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in systems/process HR roles, working in business partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
