About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to provide strategic support across all HR functions.


The ideal candidate will possess strong generalist skills, with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and training. They will be responsible for providing first-level advice to leaders, supporting employee relations and performance management matters.


A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring that HR systems and processes are up to date. The successful candidate will also be required to draft and manage employment contracts, variation letters, and general HR documentation.


In addition, they will be expected to support WHS programs, workplace inspections, incident reporting, and return-to-work processes. This includes maintaining company intranet content for HR and WHS resources.


Coordination of HR reporting and implementation of HR initiatives and projects will also be a key responsibility. Furthermore, the successful candidate will foster a culture aligned to the organization's values through positive and respectful workplace behaviour.


Requirements
  • Prior experience in a generalist HR or advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practice HR.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
