Job Title: HR Generalist Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

The HR Generalist Manager will be responsible for providing strategic support to our leadership team, driving business outcomes through effective HR practices, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of people development programs to enhance performance and drive growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations issues effectively, providing fair and consistent treatment of all employees
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
