Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our HR Operations team based in Australia. This is a hands-on role that will support all facets of the HR spectrum for our Australia-based employee group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR philosophies, policies, and procedures that align with our company's cultural and environmental goals.
  • Provide timely advice and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Manage organizational changes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our global HR Information System.
  • Oversee compliance matters, such as mandatory training, document reviews, and sign-offs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of generalist Human Resources practice looking after an Australia-based workforce.
  • Broad knowledge of Australia-based employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Ability to work independently across the full generalist spectrum.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Proficient in Australian payroll principles and practices.
