Overview

Randstad HR Partners is proud to be exclusively partnering with a respected global law firm. The firm is seeking a HR Generalist for their team in Sydney, CBD. This is a full-time permanent position working with an international employer.

You will play a pivotal role within a collaborative and forward thinking HR Team. Reporting into the HR Manager of Australia, you will be supporting across all Australian offices on day-to-day HR operational duties and working on national HR projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate key employee programs related to health and wellbeing, benefits, and performance evaluations. You will also support initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and overall staff engagement
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as reporting, managing staff grievances, and responding to internal enquiries about policies and benefits. You will also assist with workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance
  • Coordinate the implementation of firm policies, ensure legal compliance with human resources laws and regulations, and provide strategic guidance to leadership
  • Support the firm's L&D initiatives by helping to develop and implement training programs
Key Requirements
  • Experience within a similar role and environment
  • Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
  • Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
