Strategic People and Culture Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People and Culture Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational strategy.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner and/or Organisational Development professional to drive strategic initiatives, workforce planning, organisational design, and transformational change across growth channels and enabling functions.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 People and Culture Partners to achieve outstanding results.
  • Build influential partnerships with senior business leaders to shape organisational strategy and deliver business outcomes.
  • Be a strategic partner to our Growth Channels & Customer Supply Chain leadership, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Deliver People and Culture partnering activities across branded business and enabling functions, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Utilise analytics and insights to inform people practices, ensuring they are data-driven and effective.
  • Manage transformational change projects, embedding desired culture and behaviours across the organisation.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnership and/or Organisational Development, ideally within FMCG or complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and employee relations expertise, with a deep understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • A demonstrated history of driving accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and leading change and transformation projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
