Chief People Officer Role

This is a leadership position that drives people and culture functions.

The Chief People Officer will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, reporting directly to the CEO, and playing a critical role in implementing systematic improvements to workplace governance, processes, and organisational capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting directly to the CEO

Requirements for the role include:

  • Significant executive experience in leading people and culture functions
  • Strengths in organisational development and systems improvement
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology, business management or related field

This role will play a critical part in shaping the cultural and governance reform priorities of the incoming CPO.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organisation's people and culture strategy. You will be responsible for championing a positive workplace culture, driving organisational change, and developing and implementing strategies to improve workplace governance and processes.

You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement the organisation's people and culture strategy. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address these challenges.
