As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing customer service and administration support to the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales calls, faxes, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Process customer orders using Oracle.
- Raise and track credit requests.
- Prepare quotations for dealers.
- Maintain stock levels in conjunction with sales managers.
- Coordinate deliveries for dealers and other customers.
- Update product information catalogues and data.
- Process warranty calls, faxes, and emails efficiently.
- Assess customer queries and provide a suitable course of action.
About You:
- You have at least 3 years of experience working in Customer Service and Administration.
- You possess strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with good attention to detail.
- You can create a positive impression with a professional and courteous manner and strive for superior client service.
- You are proactive in problem-solving and can work within a team environment.
- Experience using Oracle is desirable.
**Salary:** $70 per hour + superannuation benefits. Please note that the salary may vary based on your location and experience.
