Office Administration/customer Service

**About the Role**:
This role is full time Monday to Friday, an immediate start for successful applicant is available. The successful applicant will be required to provide support to our Sales Teams, general customer service duties, Tele Sales will be the main focus and a pivotal part of your everyday duties, making phone calls to existing customers and taking orders, promoting new products and be a first point of contact for our customer base, in addition to performing other administrative tasks.
**Duties**:
- Tele sales
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of stock levels and supply for customers
- Facilitate smooth processing of sales orders
- Provide general administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy is required
- General Administration
**Skills and Experience**:
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Action customer queries appropriately and in a timely manner
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi task
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Knowledge in Microsoft Business Central/Navision preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Food Industry preferred but not essential
Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry would be an advantage but not essential.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
