Landlord Insurance Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in managing and growing our portfolio of landlords and domestic client's insurance requirements and placements.

This role requires a proactive approach to client servicing, an understanding of the landlord insurance landscape, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 qualification
  • Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
