Team Leader - Insurance Portfolio Management

This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlord and domestic clients. They will possess strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for client relationships and insurance product sales.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and client requirements to inform business decisions.
