We are seeking a talented professional to assume the role of Portfolio Insurance Manager in Victoria, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and support a small team responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements.
  • Nurture strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
Requirements
  • Tier 1 qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients.
  • Prior experience managing a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
