About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our rural banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agribusiness customers in the Wangaratta, Mansfield, Alexandra, and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a mature portfolio of high-value agribusiness customers, providing expert financial advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers in accessing finance to grow their business, and work closely with our lending team to facilitate loan applications and reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Business Influencers, networking and developing new relationships with potential future customers.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our rural banking business, identifying opportunities to increase market share and deepen customer relationships.

Strong relationships management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.Experience working in a rural banking or agricultural finance environment, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of rural businesses.
