About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our rural banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value agribusiness customers in the Wangaratta, Mansfield, and Alexandra regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a mature portfolio of agribusiness customers, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers in accessing finance to grow their business and contribute to the prosperity of their communities.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals and reviews, ensuring high-quality credit assessment and ongoing management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business influencers, networking and building new relationships to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the growth of our market share in target markets, identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and refer business to our partners.
