Job Description

Our Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services team consists of rural property specialists who provide researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types, including large-scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, and cellar door enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert valuation advice to private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team
  • Build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide accurate valuation reports

Requirements

  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 2 to 5 years' experience post CPV qualification
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions
  • Valid Australian drivers' license
