Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
About the RoleThis is a Saturday Daytime (6am - 4pm), Friday Daytime (6am - 4pm) and Thursday Daytime (6am - 4pm) position that involves working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas, promoting a safe and tidy shopping environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering great customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a team environment. If you have a genuine passion for food and shopping, a customer-first mentality, and a love of teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
