Job Title: Organisational Design Specialist

This role leads strategic operating model and workforce change management initiatives within a dynamic media environment. Key responsibilities include executing leader-led operating model change programs, partnering with senior leaders to facilitate transformational workforce change, creating effective relationships with business partners, leading a team of specialists to deliver impactful change outcomes, co-designing and implementing people transformation playbooks, monitoring progress across people workstreams, and facilitating leadership engagement and communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders in a creative or fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple business units and production teams.
  • Hands-on experience in building and applying transformation toolkits and playbooks.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic, outcomes-focused delivery.
