
Strategic Organisational Designer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organisational design and workforce change initiatives. This role will require you to drive the execution of strategic operating model change programs, ensuring they align with our consumer-first principles and high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of influencing senior leaders in a creative environment. You should also be able to work effectively in matrix environments and coordinate across multiple business units and production teams.
We are looking for someone who can balance long-term vision with pragmatic, outcomes-focused delivery. If you have experience working in media, entertainment, or creative industries, that would be a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities:- Drive the execution of leader-led operating model change programs that align with high-performance and consumer-first principles.
- Partner with Workstream Leads (TMO) and Senior leaders across media, production, and commercial teams to facilitate transformational workforce change.
- Create effective and collaborative relationships with People Business Partners to ensure org designs and change management plans are grounded in practicality.
- Lead a small team of Org Design & Workforce Change Specialists to deliver impactful, pragmatic, and consistent change outcomes.
- Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders in a creative or fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple business units and production teams.
- Hands-on experience in building and applying transformation toolkits and playbooks.
