As a Workforce Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an iconic financial institution. You will be part of a dynamic team within HR, where you will leverage your expertise to drive organisation design and workforce management initiatives across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders and business leaders to develop and implement operating model and organisation designs that align with the Operating Model Framework and principles.
  • Enable the delivery of organisation and job/role design and workforce management activities through coaching and implementing standardised tools, frameworks, and templates across the HR Job Family.
  • Support and coach, where required, the delivery of both macro and micro design through advice, tools, frameworks, and templates to ensure the business optimises its workforce and remains within strategic capacity limits.
  • Acknowledge progress towards target state vision by conducting periodic reviews of the operating model to monitor our progress against targeted outcomes and identify opportunities to accelerate towards our target state vision.
  • On-the-job coaching of the HR Job Family to uplift understanding and capability in the Operating Model, including Workforce Design and Orgvue usage and diagnostic tools.
  • Support business leaders embed and mature the Operating Model and all its constructs to stay aligned to the OMF and provide thought leadership to help optimise the way they operate.
