Strategic Organisational Design & Workforce Transformation LeadThis is a key role that drives the execution of operating model and workforce change management workstreams within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
They will be able to lead a team of specialists to deliver impactful, pragmatic, and consistent change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of leader-led organisational change programmes aligned with high-performance principles.
- Partner with senior leaders across teams to facilitate strategic workforce transformation.
- Develop effective relationships with People Business Partners to ensure org designs and change management plans are grounded in practicality.
- Lead a small team of Org Design & Workforce Change Specialists to deliver outstanding change outcomes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
- Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple business units.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic delivery.
