Organisational Structure Specialist

The role of Organisational Structure Specialist is to provide expert advice and guidance to Senior Managers in designing and implementing new organisational structures.

This position will operate independently, evaluating current team structures and defining future state org design and people capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating current team structures and defining future state org design and people capabilities
  • Designing and implementing new org structures, managing workforce transitions and facilitating the process of grading, sizing and rem benchmarking new roles
  • Documenting all future state job roles (retained, amended, new) to align with transformation outcomes
  • Facilitating evaluation processes to grade, size and rem benchmark any new roles and situation in job architecture
  • Creating role mandates for new/amended roles and team mandates for all teams
  • Facilitating workforce transition activities for teams, working collaboratively with senior leaders

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven expertise in designing new organisational structures and job roles
  • Working knowledge of Fair Work Act and workplace legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
