Compare Club is scaling fast, and we're redesigning the way we work to support growth. We're looking for an experienced Organisational Design & Workforce Transformation Partner to lead a 9-month program of work, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
About the Role
This role will work on transforming the way of working for a fast-growing business. This includes review and redesign our organisational structure, and its scalability across both onshore and offshore teams. You'll work with senior leaders to refine organisational structures, job design, ways of working, span of control, job design, and capability frameworks and assessment, while also embedding technology-enabled ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Review & redesign structures to support growth, efficiency and sustainability.
- Conduct role clarity reviews and future-focused job design.
- Map capability requirements and develop role profiles and frameworks.
- Partner with leaders to co-design practical workforce solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights and contribute to business cases.
- Support change and communication activities.
About You
- Experience in organisational design, workforce planning or operating model development.
- Knowledge of spans & layers, role mapping and workforce diagnostics.
- Strong background in job design and capability frameworks.
- Skilled in consulting with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Able to deliver workforce projects in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable working with data, insights and project tools (Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, analytics).
