Position Status: Full Time / 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Manila Time (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Melbourne Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through email and website messaging.
- Gather precise information from clients and facilitate the signing of engagement letters.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate processing of claims.
- Oversee the entire claims management process.
- Handle a significant volume of data entry tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis, review, and management of claims.
- Coordinate with banks regarding customer insurance claims.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possess a 500GB internal or external hard drive + 2-3 years of experience in financial services (e.g., insurance, banking, collections, back office operations, document processing, loan processing), or
- Demonstrated experience in email management or administrative roles.
- Must have access to a 500GB internal or external storage device.
