Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance is seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our Sydney office. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing high-value group personal accident claims and assisting with managing A&H referrals from Third Party Administrators (TPA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess policy coverage, claim reserving, and identify recovery opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication to insureds and brokers.
  • Work closely with underwriters and actuaries to report on claim developments and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Operations and IT teams to develop and improve systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Accident & Health claim handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
