About the Role:

The Customer Service Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, providing knowledgeable answers about products and services, and helping customers navigate our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Help customers place orders online or resolve any issues related to their purchases.
  • Collaborate with the Social Team to provide customer information and support.
  • Process returns, faults, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with local and international logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Customer Service Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High energy and positive enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Hybrid remote work arrangement in Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
