Job Title: Customer Experience Champion
About the Role:
The Customer Service Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, providing knowledgeable answers about products and services, and helping customers navigate our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Help customers place orders online or resolve any issues related to their purchases.
- Collaborate with the Social Team to provide customer information and support.
- Process returns, faults, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with local and international logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- High energy and positive enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Hybrid remote work arrangement in Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
