As a Customer Experience Champion, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be a brand ambassador, showcasing world-leading technology and providing tailored recommendations to customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering hands-on demonstrations with customers, highlighting the unique benefits of Dyson products across various categories.
- Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual and store-based KPIs, including sales, customer service, and store profitability targets.
- Utilizing the 4E's How to Sell framework when interacting with customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Approaching customers proactively, generating interest, and educating them on Dyson products that meet their needs.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, reporting any issues or fixture maintenance requirements.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a keen interest in technology, and the ability to communicate complex information simply. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in premium retail environments, is advantageous.
