Job Title: Customer Experience Champion

Role Summary:

As a skilled customer experience champion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to patients through inbound and outbound calls. You will provide expert assistance in booking appointments for a range of imaging procedures, including MRI, Ultrasound, and X-Ray, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing and invoicing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Operate the booking system with high efficiency
  • Assist in developing a positive culture within the contact centre
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and drive efficiency
  • Enter complex data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with precision
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Prioritize workload and multitask effectively

Requirements:
