Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a skilled Resident Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold our brand promise. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of services and a unified customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver key customer moments that meet the LIV Brand Promise and Customer Charter Commitments
- Guide customers through the customer journey from initial inspection to move-in and beyond
- Manage resident move-in and out experiences, including pre-move communications and apartment checks
- Support leasing processes to maximise returns and mitigate downtime
- Implement the Resident Community Program and promote initiatives for increased engagement and retention
- Conduct site inspections and lead initiatives to drive excellence in presentation, performance, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and respond to resident complaints and interactions
- Actively contribute to project working groups and champion our values
- 3+ years of experience in asset management or hospitality
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to deal with customer complaints and solve problems effectively
- High level of IT proficiency, with Salesforce and StarRez experience desirable
