About the Role:

The Sales Performance Coach (SMB/MM) will motivate and coach a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve exceptional results, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed segment KPIs and ARR targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results and meet business objectives.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase productivity.
  • Support the sales team in deal negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews to discuss sales strategies, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide coaching to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including Director of the Area, to align on sales strategies and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to manage HR-related issues within the team, such as interviewing candidates, career development, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Small-Medium and Mid-Market segments.
  • Previous experience in people management, desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education, desirable.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industries, desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and MS Office, a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and negotiation abilities.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
