About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Zenitas Healthcare.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting employees, managers, and other stakeholders across our organization. As an HR Generalist and Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day ER support and coaching to managers, including interpretation and implementation of Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act.
  • Conduct workplace investigations with a solid understanding of procedural fairness.
  • Assist line managers with staff performance management, demonstrating sound judgement and initiative.
  • Develop and provide reporting and recommendations on P&C initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of HR activities to the highest standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in ER/IR advisory, preferably in a service sector (disability, aged care or health would be advantageous). You will also hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
