Job Title: HR CoordinatorEstimated Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, managing employee onboarding, developing employee engagement strategies, administering offboarding processes, and facilitating professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our internal recruiter to manage recruitment efforts, including taking client briefs, participating in interviews, and managing job offers and rejections.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and increase employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Administer employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a seamless transition out of the company.
  • Facilitate training sessions and career advancement programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR administration or coordinator role.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
