At Certis Security Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled HRIS System Administrator to join our People and Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless integration with various third-party solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to provide insights and enhance system design and integration
  • Ensure that system implementation aligns with internal HR needs and business goals
  • Contribute and validate user requirements to facilitate system customisations
  • Advocate for end-user needs and work with vendors to ensure that system configurations support HR operations
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data within the system, testing and validating the system configurations
  • Develop training programs for users at all levels to ensure smooth adoption and utilisation of the new HR systems

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a People or Technology leadership capacity, with expert level skills in MS Office and SuccessFactors. A detail-oriented mindset, prioritising tasks and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is essential.
