Healthscope is seeking a skilled Billing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely billing of Health Fund and Third Party invoices. Key responsibilities include:
* Field patient billing enquiries and provide resolution
* Maintain extensive knowledge of Health Fund contracts
* Provide support to administration team
Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role
* Sound knowledge of Patient Management System i.e. WebPAS or other
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong computer skills in MS Office
