About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Perpetual's wealth management business operates within a robust risk management framework. This includes implementing and maintaining PWM's risk management systems, frameworks, tools, and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCO) in maintaining and implementing Financial Crime Frameworks.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conducting reviews to verify compliance procedures are followed as appropriate.

In addition, you will assist in:

  • Updating compliance policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Coordinating PWM's response to relevant regulatory/legislative change initiatives.
  • Working closely with various departments to integrate compliance and risk management into all business processes.
About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk, or legal roles.
  • Financial services experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance requirements within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of FATCA/CRS requirements.
