About the Role

This role involves identifying, addressing, and reducing risk while ensuring compliance with ongoing and future legal and regulatory obligations. You will be responsible for managing risk and compliance practices across sgfleet Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Risk and Compliance frameworks, including policies, tools, governance frameworks, and monitoring reports.
  • Maintain and enhance our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, providing timely risk reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess risks, advising relevant stakeholders on risk management approaches and ensuring risks align with our risk appetite and governance principles.
  • Support monitoring activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, ethics, and regulations.
  • Assist with reviewing, amending, and implementing programs, policies, and plans for business continuity management.
  • Contribute to Information Security Management System (ISMS) and security risk assessments aligned with Group Info Sec Policies and International Standards.
  • Maintain and improve ISO standards programs, ensuring ongoing external certification for Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Information Security.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Solid experience in Operational Risk, Information Security, Compliance, or Audit roles within Technology or Financial Services sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder management, active listening, probing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, meeting deadlines and regularly reporting progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, being detail-oriented and resourceful with perseverance and accountability.
  • Self-management, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with relationship management abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • ISO certification experience.
  • Previous experience in fleet management, salary packaging, or financial services industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation practices.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
