About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk and Compliance Professional to join our team at Kaizen Recruitment. As a Senior Risk and Compliance Professional, you will be responsible for managing the client's investment risk space, including investment compliance and corporate risk and compliance.

This role will involve ensuring that the investment risk monitoring framework properly detects any breaches globally, coordinating with the research team to enhance the client's investment risk monitoring framework, and organising appropriate risk documentation for concise reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the investment risk monitoring framework detects breaches globally;
  • Coordinate with the research team to enhance the investment risk monitoring framework;
  • Organise risk documentation for reporting to stakeholders;
  • Manage client investment performance and attribution reporting;
  • Review and consult on ESG investment risks.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary degree qualifications in law, finance, or related field;
  • Senior experience in risk and compliance in funds management organisations;
  • Proven background working with multiple asset classes;
  • Strong understanding of the risk and compliance landscape and regulations;
  • Knowledge of funds management compliance and risk management.
