Job Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Risk Manager to support our organization's commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical conduct. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Monitoring:
    • Monitor organizational activities to ensure adherence to compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Investigation and Resolution:
    • Investigate potential compliance violations and develop corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and prioritize compliance risks.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Training and Awareness:
    • Design and deliver compliance training programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding.
    • Promote a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
    • Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures.
    • Ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in upholding compliance standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory authorities.
    • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and investigations.
  • Regulatory Liaison:
    • Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
    • Ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory inquiries.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
