We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Compliance and Risk Management Professional to join our Practice Management team in Sydney.

The Role

This broad role focuses on quality control and compliance functions across the firm. As a key member of our Practice Management Group and Risk and Compliance Team, you will work closely with our Senior Risk and Compliance Officer to drive excellence and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative support for risk and quality committee processes, including meetings and reporting
  • Administering and maintaining compliance and quality management systems and tools
  • Monitoring and supporting compliance obligations
  • Maintaining quality management tools, templates, and checklists
  • Providing regular reports on the operation of compliance and quality management frameworks
  • Supporting client service teams on policy interpretation and application
