We are seeking a charismatic and experienced leader to join our team at 25hours Hotel The Olympia in Sydney. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to departure.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage the Front Office team to deliver excellent guest service, including night audit, resource planning, and administrative tasks;
- Lead by example, inspiring your team to provide memorable experiences for our guests;
- Be available as a contact person for guests throughout the night, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly;
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure the hotel is safe and secure;
- Maintain accurate records, including cash register accounts and daily receipts;
- Collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager to support team development and improve overall performance.
Requirements include:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field;
- Proven management experience in the hotel industry;
