Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

The Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and satisfying.

This role involves maintaining a high level of presence at the Concierge Desk, building strong relationships with hotel patrons, and responding to guest inquiries in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a thorough knowledge of hotel services and facilities.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably in a concierge or guest services role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain effective communication with all hotel personnel.
  • Familiarity with local attractions, events, and services, and the ability to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Member of Les Clef D'Or or similar industry organization.

About the Role:

  1. Maintain presence at the Concierge Desk and establish a friendly yet professional relationship with hotel patrons.
  2. Assist Chief Concierge in maintaining a Guest Services Directory with local information on churches, public transportation schedules, taxi and limousine services, car rentals, airlines, babysitting services, etc.
  3. Attend to complaints and solve problems of hotel guests; assist with special requests for amenities, information, transportation, cultural event tickets, restaurant and airline reservations, and other reasonable requirements as they arise.
  4. Coordinate with all Front Office Departments as necessary and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.
  5. Be familiar with all guest rooms and suites, their location, rates, and amenities; have thorough knowledge of all hotel services and facilities and their hours of operations.
  6. Be totally aware and informed of daily hotel functions, groups, conventions, and tours; be familiar with citywide events, major attractions, cultural events, restaurants, and other entertainment activities.
