Job Title: Chief Guest Experience Officer
Description:The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a champion of quality improvement initiatives, you will work closely with hotel leaders to meet and exceed goals relating to labour management and quality enhancement.
You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication flow within Operations and other departments, representing Senior Management, and overseeing day-to-day hotel operations. This includes managing labour costs, improving guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through efficient operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and communicate their importance to hotel leaders.
- Collaborate with Hotel leaders to achieve and/or exceed goals related to labour management and quality enhancement.
- Ensure seamless communication flow within Operations and other departments.
- Represent Senior Management and oversee daily hotel operations, including problem resolution and guest comfort/satisfaction.
Requirements:
- First Aid and RSA Certifications required.
- Full-time work rights in Australia and willingness to perform shift work rotating across 7 days.
