About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Front Office pre-opening team, driving collaboration, innovation, and excellence in guest service delivery. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our hotel's culture and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop SOPs, systems, and guest arrival flows that reflect our commitment to flexibility and guest-led experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Food & Beverage services into the guest journey, ensuring seamless integration and cohesive experiences.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for a diverse team, focusing on PMS and kiosk technology, brand culture, local knowledge, and exceptional service recovery.
  • Lead role-play scenarios and mock check-ins to assess readiness, identify areas for improvement, and refine team performance prior to opening.
  • Champion a service style that prioritizes personalized connections, genuine engagement, and authentic local experiences, reflecting our values as a purpose-driven hospitality brand.
