The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned guest experience manager to lead our iconic Legends Room, open to members at the MCG.

As an experienced leader, you will oversee a diverse team to service excellence through feedback, support and training, while guaranteeing an exceptional experience to member-based guests.

About the Role:

  • Supervising a casual food & beverage team
  • Assisting with stock take as required
  • Monitoring staffing levels and requesting changes when necessary
  • Escalating issues through to the appropriate channels

Requirements:

  • A commitment to delivering service excellence
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
  • Added value: experience using POS systems like SwiftPOS and rostering systems like Humanforce
