Job Description

As an Indigenous Guest Experience Supervisor at a leading attraction, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless daily operations. Your role requires a versatile approach, overseeing all aspects of the experience zones, including ride operations, while maintaining positive key performance indicators (KPIs) and mystery visits with a score of 90%+, and displaying a solution-focused approach to guest queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and possess a passion for working in tourism/attraction industries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure memorable experiences.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to ensure safe and high-presentation operation of the attraction.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and security practices, particularly for ride experiences.
  • Meeting daily ride targets to support KPIs.
  • Managing guest crowding and queries.
  • Responding to guest feedback in an effective and helpful manner.
  • Acting as Chief Warden.
