Drive Success as a Seasoned Project Manager

About the Role:

Lead a high-rise Class 2 residential development valued above $100m in Sydney with expertise and vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Oversee planning, execution, and completion of a $100m+ Class 2 residential development with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Crew Leadership: Foster growth and mentor site teams, project engineers, and contract administrators to achieve program and quality outcomes.
  • Program & Procurement: Manage project program, procurement strategy, and letting of trade packages to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, variations, and cost reporting to guarantee strong financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve design, compliance, and delivery issues.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure WHS, QA, and statutory obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on progress, risks, and project performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on Class 2 residential projects valued over $100m
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, construction sequencing, and project financials
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to drive large project teams and subcontractor groups
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
