Residential Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our growing portfolio of residential construction projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Project Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of our residential construction projects, including smart homes, duplexes, renovations, and outdoor structures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, setting clear objectives, timelines, and budget strategies.
  • Evaluate architectural and engineering plans to determine the most effective and compliant construction methodologies.
  • Prepare competitive tender submissions and contract proposals, ensuring accurate cost estimates and timelines.
  • Manage the allocation and utilisation of labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, and equipment across multiple concurrent residential and outdoor construction sites.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other key personnel is essential to ensure alignment across all project phases.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

Minimum five years of proven experience in residential construction project management, preferably within residential or architectural housing sectors.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and local council approval processes.

Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management software (e.g., Revit) is highly regarded.
